We specialize in creating high quality custom bows for competition cheerleading at economic prices. Please read about

Please remember that all bows are custom made by hand and take
time to process. Please be sure to check our current estimated processing times.
Mix
and match bow styles with any printed ribbon, mystique, metallic or sequin fabric. Fabrics may be placed at any layer
position on the bow. Just send us an email request and we will quote a price. Please note, not all ribbon colors
and prints are available in all sizes. If you don't see the color you are looking for please let us know. There
may be additional fabrics and colors available upon request. We will try to find it and special order it for you.

About Us:
Elite Bowz
creates custom cheer bows for competitions and camps. We specialize in creating
bows for All - Star teams, Collegiate teams, High School teams, Middle School teams, Recreational teams and Pop Warner teams. All bows are hand made to your specifications with care.
Bow Designs:
When selecting
a bow design, be creative. There are so many options and color choices that will
look good with your team’s uniform. If you are not sure which design or
colors will look best with your team’s uniform, send us a photo and we will make a suggestion for you. The standard size cheer bow is made with a 2 1/4" base
layer. The completed standard bow is approximately 6 inches wide and approximately 6 inches tall from the top of the
loops to the bottom of the tails. The mini sized bow is made with a 1 1/2" base layer. The
completed mini bow is approximately 4 inches wide, and 4 inches tall. The jumbo sized bow is made with a 3 inch
base layer. The completed jumbo bow is approximately 7 inches wide and 7 inches tall. If you don't see the style you want, let us kmow and we will try to create it for you.
To ensure the accuracy of the color match, please be sure to request a color swatch to compare to your uniforms. Please remember to allow up to 2 weeks to receive your color swatch. Remember, waiting for color verification may add to the processing time so please be sure to order
early.
Care Instructions:
With some special care, your bow will look fresh and new for your entire season.
Hang your bow with your uniform or pack it in a box to help keep it from being crushed or smashed. Do not spray with excessive hairspray or any other liquids as this may cause the colors to bleed. Use additional Pony-Os to put up hair. The
Pony-Os on your bow are designed to hold the bow, not to hold up the ponytail. The
Pony-O may break from improper use.
Our Guarantee:
We will
guarantee the quality of our craftsmanship for your entire season. Should your
bow need repair due to our craftsmanship, please send it back and we will repair it.
We can not guarantee against the improper use or care of your bow. We recommend purchasing at least one extra
bow of each style in case a repair is required. Carry the extra with you at competitions. Accidents can happen
such as someone forgetting their bow or a Pony-O can break without notice and you will want to be prepared with a spare.
The extra will also serve as a replacement to allow for time to send us the bow in need of repair.
Processing Times:
Please remember to order early. Processing times are
estimates, and may vary depending upon the number, size and types of the orders that were received ahead of yours. The
current estimated processing time is approximately 3 to 6 weeks.
This is from the time payment is received and does not include transit time for shipping. Orders will be completed in the order they are received. Smaller orders will not be processed ahead of larger orders, so you if are ordering a bow as a sample, please
let us know. Please include your due date when placing your order. We will do our best to get your
order to you by your due date, but can not guarasntee delivery for dates earlier than our estimated current processing time.
Shipping:
Please remember, all orders are custom made by hand in the order that they were paid and received and will not ship
until processed. Standard shipping is by Priority Mail through the US postal service. Priority
Mail generally takes 2 to 3 days in transit, however it can take up to 2 weeks in transit during busy postal seasons such
as in December. Overnight shipping is available upon request. If you are interested in requesting overnight shipping,
please send us an e-mail to request a quote. You will receive 2 quotes, one for US postal service and one
for UPS, for their overnight rates based on the size of your order and your zip code. You will be sent a separate invoice
for the balance of the shipping charges if you decide to have your order shipped overnight. If you
need your order quickly, please be sure to request overnight shipping and include your due date in the comments on your
order. We will do our best to get it to you on time, however we can not guarantee delivery for dates earlier than our
estimated current production times.
Refunds:
Since all bows are custom made to your specifications, we are not able to offer refunds. We are not responisble for errors made by the client while placing an order. Please be sure to double
check all of the color selections and details on your order carefully. Please remember to request a color
swatch before you place your order to ensure the accuracy of your colors.
